Don's specialties include traditional Swedish massage, Esalen massage, deep-tissue massage, neuro-muscular therapy, trigger point therapy, acupressure and reflexology, as well as Active Isolated Stretching.

Vibrational Medicine

The Raindrop Technique is an application of therapeutic-grade essential oils directly along the spine which affects the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional balance, pain relief and detoxification. Chris uses Young Living essential oils.

Mantra Therapy:
The Oldest Vibrational Medicine

The use of Sanskrit mantras for healing is the oldest form of vibrational medicine. It pre-dates the invention of writing and is as old as the oldest of human civilizations, which include the Indus Valley, in what is now India and Pakistan.

Both Chris and Don are certified mantra therapists. They trained under Namadeva Acharya (Thomas Ashley-Farrand) and Sanatana Dharma Satsang.

Mantra Therapy sessions are available in person, for those living in or visiting the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, or via telephone from anywhere in the world. The fee is $50 for a 25-minute session; payment can be made in the form of cash, check or via PayPal. For phone consultations, payment must be made before the session via PayPal.
